How to Order

We accept orders via e-mail, US Mail, phone, or FAX.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Please see our Privacy Policy below and note that we do not keep your credit card information after it has been transmitted to our bank.

We also accept PayPal and have added PayPal buttons to each product page. Note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to use the secure PayPal ordering system.

Shipping

Shipment is usually via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for orders of one or two books. Shipping cost is $5.10 for US orders; check the United States Postal Service web site for international shipment rates and service availability. Be sure to click on the Flat Rate Envelop button to determine service availability, cost, and shipping time.

For orders of three or more books, we usually ship either via FedEx Ground or USPS Flat Rate Medium box.

Discounts

If you are a student, faculty member, and/or hold membership in INFORMS, DAAG, DAS, or if you are a Crystal Ball or @Risk user, we can offer your a 25% discount on all our products.

Academic "Desk" Copies

We normally do not provide free academic copies. However, most of the time we have slightly used books that we can send out for academic review. Contact us for availability.

Electronic Versions

We have lowered the Kindle and iBookstore prices to $9.99 for Why Can't You Just Give Me The Number? and Game Theory for Business. Electronic versions are not available for our other products. We would be interested in your feedback as to whether there is demand for BN.com's "Nook" reader.

Bookstore Policies

Unless noted on this website, all titles referenced are available. List prices are noted on the product pages. We will ship by the most economical way given your timing and volume requirements.

Our normal trade discount is 30%. However, please contact us if you need to order more than 50 copies and we can give you a higher discount.

Pre-payment is required for ALL orders.

Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Return authorization must be obtained prior to all returns (phone, e-mail, or fax; refer to your original order if possible). If the returned books are damaged, a 50% re-stocking fee will be applied for each damaged book.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is simple.

We do not keep credit card information in any form.
We will never sell or give away any of your personal information, i.e., address, phone number, e-mail, etc.
We rarely e-mail our customers. In twelve years of business, we have sent out two e-mails announcing new publications.
