How to Order

We used to have on-line order capability, however, the credit card requirements become more stringent and we had trouble with that internet service provider, so we gave it up.

There are several ways that you can order:

1) Send me an e-mail (dave@decisions-books.com).

2) Send us a fax or call us at 281-277-4006 (same number).

3) Send us a check, 1702 Hodge Lake Ln, Sugar Land, TX 77478.

We require pre-payment for all orders. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. We do not keep your credit card information on file in any way (neither electronic nor paper), as your information cannot be hacked from us if we don't have it. We do not recommend sending credit card information through e-mail, however, if you decide that this is OK, break the information into two e-mails.

Specifically, we need:

1) Credit card number and expiration date.

2) Billing address associated with the card.

3) Shipping address (if different than the billing address).

4) Which products you want, quantities, and if you're eligible for a discount.
